I can't figure out that black 'hole' thingy is on the chainstay. Looks like a hole with baling wire in it.
And a gigantic red flag! Were it me, I would definitely pass on the purchase. I have owned several Cambio Rino bicycles, and not one has had such a hole in the chain stay.
