I have a barely used (50-60 miles) pad from Aerotech Pro shorts -
https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/prrecrpad.html. It has some stitches that irritate a saddle sore I've suffered from, and I've had the pad replaced with one that has a seam that doesn't irritate me. It looks like the vast majority of buyers use this with no problem. The pad has been washed and left out in the sun for disinfection.
