Since I posted back in Feb I'd continued to ride, but mostly indoors. Now indoor riding does get boring after a while but I still did it 5 times a week, and from Feb until May my weight stayed steady and then I started riding outdoors again. It wasn't until the last few weeks though that I started getting in 120+ miles per week, and that seems to be the threshold where I start losing again. One 50 mile ride a week, when I'm also either commuting by bike or doing laps in the park the other days, and hitting 125 miles is easy. And today I'm down another 3 pounds so 33 total since September. That was even more surprising because I had a week long vacation in there too, and we all like to eat and drink on vacation. I did get a 30 mile ride in along the fjords of Norway, and that was spectacular, plus Copenhagen and Amsterdam.
