Bikes: 2018 Rodriguez Custom Fixed Gear, 2017 Niner RLT 9 RDO, 2015 Bianchi Pista, 2002 Fuji Robaix

Assuming mechanical then I'd upgrade brake calipers. Current gen Dura Ace have amazing modulation and stopping power.

After that it would be to get the best saddle I can find.
