If you have a bike with a fairly standard triangle-style frame you can use a 'full size' frame-mount pump that does not require an additional mount using the bottle cage locations. The pump simply fits under the top tube and holds itself in place by compression of the pump spring. $25 and can be found here:

I have one mini LeZeyne high pressure and one mini LeZeyne high volume pump on two different bikes. They are light and look good - but plan on pumping them 200 to 300 times to inflate a tire. The full-size pump weighs a bit more, but also pushes more air.
