What led to the decision for center pull brakes?
I haven’t weighed it and probably won’t. The aluminum crank & rims knock off a lot of weight versus the stock parts. It feels really nice cruising down the rail trail at a sporty pace.
As for the brakes, I cannabalized a Grand Prix for the cockpit & since its brakes were in very good condition I used them as well.
