No sign of a manual? I still don't know how I'm supposed to adjust this thing, or where the magnet(s) go.
The only possibility is the Allen key slot on the inside, that screws a "cap" in and out. No adjustment on the outside I can see.

New disc brakes will cost more than the entire bike is worth.
And looking at the insane prices for replacement pads online ... will look around for those.
If I can't get it working will junk them and put V-brakes on it.
And I was so excited to get a bike with disc brakes.
