Just leave the wheel in frame and use a loop of tape placed on a stay/blade that comes close to the rim as your stand and indicator. Otherwise wheel work is the same. That being said the dick brakes will stress the spokes more then a rim braked bike will see. So expect more long term spoke fatigue issues. Dish is dish regardless of the hub or brakes, unless the frame is built with it's own offset that the wheel is designed around. Andy
