I'll do all that --- but do you remember about the magnet?
Is there one on each side? I only found one, but could easily have lost one.
I guess it goes in the middle recess in the back of the pad?
I've only taken the front one apart so far, so I'll do the back tomorrow and see what I find.

The magnet suppose to keep the pad in place,
it might be just one or it could be two on both side depends on the deisgn.
i can't remember all the details.
can you see there is a screw at the drive side? The hex one
suppose to be adjuster so you can adjust the pad outward or inward.
If that works, you don't really need the magnet.
