Nobody carries mounting fluid on rides. That's entirely made up.
In a pinch, plain water from your water bottle is often better than nothing at all.
A tire jack isn't a "pry bar" any more than a regular tire lever is.
A bead jack lowers the risk of pinching the tube when lifting the bead over the rim sidewall.
