Well I searched long and hard for the cable adjuster for the first generation C-Record RD. They aren't vanishingly rare, but super pricey when available. I have two now.

These were sold with the Syncro I shifters since the RD was sold with friction shifters. Second gen C-Record RD had the integrated adjuster.
