Bikes: A bunch of old bikes and a few new ones

I'd say both need equal amount of work (one does need a new wheel but that won't be too difficult). Of these two bikes, which is the superlative ride? If you were me, which we would you keep? Thank you all in advance.
If the bike needs a new rear wheel and it is 15 speed, it is likely 120 mm in the rear. Those are hard to source. The rear triangle can be spread to 126 and that will make it easier to find a wheel. Velomine sells 126 mm rear wheels in both 700c and 27 inch. They're good wheels at a very reasonable price. The rear wheel may be salvageable or someone on BF may have a decent replacement wheel. Post some pics and we'll help you rebuild it!
