Yeah, the biggest issue I experienced at the start of the present tour was getting 4 boxed bikes, and 4 people the 129 miles to the airport. The solution was to rent a 4-door pickup. Once I got that figured out there was a lot less stress.
We have been playing tourist in Paris for the last week, and will start our real riding tomorrow.
