Good news, if you come down the back way from GMR through Camp Williams, this place is nearly exactly on the road back to the start. Almost exactly. Not sure about the hours on the fourth nor the bike friendliness of the locale though.
Looking online at Google maps it appears they have a small patio area with seating and where bikes can be closely watched.
