2nd RJ the Bike Guy. He shows you how to do stuff the way it’s actually done, and how to deal with real world problems. You don’t just learn what to do, you learn the art of fixing stuff.

I would add reading Sheldon Brown for info about parts and standards. Especially helpful when you want to order something, you need to know what kind of threads something has, or if you can mix and match parts.

Global Cycling Network (which I love), and Park Tools both have good videos, and are worth watching.
