Don't know about white outline at the lugs..... might look too stark against the black background. Gold always worked good with black, but then it won't match the florette lug cutout fill ins which are distinctive to the Pinarello frames.... you might have to change those to gold too if you went that way with the lug outlines.....plus it will then not match up with the Pinarello white lettered decals.....
It's certainly a slippery slope once you start changing aesthetics on a classic bike.....
