I can't tell you anything about the rims, but I have a Maillard freewheel hub, small flange, 40h, if you're interested in that. Probably not quite Gyromaster quality, but a decent hub nonetheless. I don't know the axle spacing, but I'm sure it could be made to fit either 126 or 130 mm.
