The chrome Raleigh Racing USAs are among my favorite bikes and the Prestige was at the top of that line. Unfortunately the value is only as high as the condition of the chrome on these bikes and that one is rough. If it has the original Mistral crankset and Superbe group, I’d take a chance at $150 knowing I could recover as a part out. You might find the chrome cleans up better than what the pictures indicate and then you would have a nice $300 machine when restored back to riding condition
