Hello all!

I had my Giant LBS submit a warranty for my TCR last week. My question for those with experience with the warranty process, is how long does it normally take for them to process the request, and then how long does it normally take to fulfill with a new frame? I've worked with Trek, Specialized and Cannondale before, but never Giant. Curious to hear the timelines.
