Can we talk about cargo kick scooters please? Wasn't sure where to post- commute? car free? utility? not even a bike, yikes so just picked the general forum


Cargo scooters are such a great idea!!!!! Where the heck are they? Ideal for short commutes, market, errands etc without having to wear a backpack or when one does not feel like lugging her beloved but hefty Oma for a 1/2 mile grocery run. I love walking but I hate to carry anything when walking.


The only company that comes up is called Nimble- they have the most adorable Classic and Urban scooters. I am seriously drooling over the Urban scooter as it folds (somewhat) and can carry my huge multi-meals bag plus other stuff. The Classic has a huge bucket that can swallow small kids- kinda too huge for my needs but freakin adorable!


I think GREAT! They are a local SoCal company- I wanna buy!!!! But apparently I'm 2 years too late I can't get a hold of this company. The bicycle stores they listed either closed or does not carry Nimble scooters anymore.


Does anyone know about this company- what happened to them? or know about other cargo scooters? I think its such a fantastic idea, amirite?


I've seen others made specifically for smooth concrete warehouse floors- my commute involves broken glass, potholes, heaved sidewalks...
