Pretty cool when our bodies surprise us that way, hmm? Early last year I thought I'd never crack 200 watts even briefly. After interval training (and before my May injury), I was finally able to hold 200 watts for a few minutes. Then by this March I was able to hold 300 watts on some 5 mile roller coaster segments. No way I'd have imagine that was possible for me. But it'll take awhile to recover that fitness since I've slacked off the past couple of months.
