Lot going on this morning.

First, the dew point was already 75 at 6 a.m.

More importantly, a 48" transmission main broke downtown. Water was still rushing through the streets at 6. Hoping my office building has insufficient water pressure so I can take the day off. I'll find out in about 30 min.
