Thanks, I thought about filing it down but there isn’t much at the bottom of the slot to work with. So unless I start having some shifting problems I am inclined to leave it alone. Surprising that no thought would have been given to a 50/34 crank when designing the location for the bracket attachment. I have the 2013 version of this frame but it has a clamp on FD bracket so there wasn’t any problem setting the correct clearance with 50/34 rings.

Some front derailleurs have two holes to prevent this problem, Shimano does not. But your frame was built with 52t or greater chainrings in mind.
If the bracket is beefy enough, you can lower the bolt slot with a file.
