Is part of the confusion here that the seat tube is a center-center measurement? It seems like most frames are measured center-top. One of the local shops had a Bareknuckle sized "57", but that's the c-t measure. The c-c measure was 54, and the top tube was 55.5, matching the Business Cycles specs.
