If you're not wearing a full disco kit, riding the latest carbon fiber bike and dialing it up to 400 watts in front of the local Starbucks you're not OCP.
Walmart and OCP should never be used in the same post (mine is excluded merely because I used it as an example of proper OCP etiquette).
