When I read this post, I wondered if maybe there were some cycling clubs in Rachel120's area that would consider providing an escort for a while.When one cyclist is endangered, we all are, so it would make sense that some folks might step up regardless of the late hour. They could even lag back and then catch up and video if the guy showed up again, and call the police.
