Need some help on an FX3.
I have a FX3 mens (or is it unisex) and I'd like a slightly different road bike -- one with drop bars. My wife started riding my FX3 instead of her 20 year old hybrid, and likes it a lot, but it's not a great fit for her.
I understand "women's" fit by Trek is supposed to be better for ladies, but is there anything I could do to this FX3 to alter it a bit? Like may a new stem to bring the handlebars in closer? She says her back feels a bit strained.
I could also sell this one and get a Womens FX3, but I wouldn't mind saving a little money if I can just adapt it a bit.
