They were busting people on a bike path hear in Hazelwood. There are two paths separated bu a train track. Really dumb. People were getting around it my crossing then following the tracks for a couple hundred yards.

When the path from Pittsburgh was still unfinished, people were using the tracks to get to Sandcastle. Don't know if anyone was busted or killed.
