I just got into the clipless game and I got the Shimano 105 5800 Road Bike Pedals. They took a couple minutes on the bike trainer to get semi comfortable (because it was new and weird for me) and they were super easy to adjust the tension making it easier to clip in and out. As I get more comfortable with clipless, I tighten up the tension. It's one of those things that you just have to practice and I would practice in a door way before I headed out (I've had a couple close calls because I forgot I was stuck to my pedals) and now it's all good.
