I think all of them, but I haven't played with Suntour in awhile. Syncro II needs the lever forward to take the side load off the knurled ring. Syncro I might be on the fly both ways. Sachs and I thought Suntour require the tension ring to be loosened to reposition the index selector - Suntour had multiple positions including 6 or 7 speed spacing and even retrofriction. When you take the tension off the shifter falls forward. You could do all that while coasting and not actually have to shift, though.
