it's a good option to consider, especially since you are right in lubbock.
as for CL being mostly scams...yeah that's unfortunate you think so. No even close to accurate in my local area or greater region of the country. Chicago, MPL, KC, Omaha, Des Moines...legit posting all over the place as I've bought bikes from every town's listing and sell often locally.
