You can get third party pully wheels with sealed-cartridge bearings. They come with a selection of spacer rings to fit any gear system inc Campag 10spd.
I fitted them on my Shimano 7spd system and they seem to work well and reduced the cleaning effort on mmy commuter hack bike.
