Great being able to get out in January ain't it!

As for minimum temp....
IF the roads are dry, I have lowered my minimum temp rule to above freezing.

It used to be 40 degrees....now I'd say I'm fine going out in 33-34-ish...and it feels all the better if the sun happens to be out at the time.
