You are putting sealant into an inner tube with tubeless tires? Or are you talking about some kind of tube delivery system that came with the sealant itself? I mount my cometes with no sealant, pump them up to seat the beads, then deflate, remove valve stem, insert sealant, then pump back up. I just use stans sealant and keep reusing a 2 oz bottle that I refill from a 32 oz botle and quirt it into the removed core stem.
