I'm in Clydesdale territory so I setup my Redshift with the stiffest setting. It's probably too stiff. I've only got one ride in on mostly asphalt. Even with the stiffest elastomers, the ride was definitely more comfortable. The last section before I get home is on a section of uneven pavers. Without the new stem my hands would sometimes jump off the hoods--not with the Redshift.

The only thing I don't like about the Redshift stem is that it's fatter than the Eroica stem that came with the DB Haanjo. The elastic bands that secured my Lezyne GPS to the stem aren't long enough for the Redshift so now the GPS is on the handlebars but I liked it better on the stem.
