Anyone ever remove this bottom bracket? If so, what tools you use?

It's an FSA BB-AL86 for a 19mm spindle. It's seems some of the common tools out there to remove PF bottom bracket won't fit through the bearing hole on this one.

I assume I can swap it out for one that will accept 24mm cranks?
