i didn't go with anything fancy - just factory/default options for both fenders and racks from trek/bontrager. many fx bikes use the below fenders/rack. this is what i am having installed:

i ride mainly for fitness so i went with thinner tires and absolutely loved the feel of them on the road. the bike felt so much faster and i would pedal harder to keep up speed but now im not using it for fitness as much as i am pulling my kids trailer with it lol. i 100% of the time stay in my neighborhood where the roads are smooth (barely any potholes or damaged roads) so i am lucky i can ride thinner tires
