You probably need to adjust the pre-load on the hub cone. Each hub manufacturer has a slightly different procedure, but the common theme is you need to loosen a nut or set screw, tighten it until you remove the wiggle but still have no binding, and then re-tighten the set screw or lock nut or whatever to hold it there. You might need a few iterations to get it right. A bike shop can help if you don't have the tools or the confidence to do this yourself.
