Gave my bike a total degreasing and cleaning, changed my rear wheel that I just bought a couple weeks back and I'm going to the lbs to get the rear derailleur put on. I cleaned the chain but did not apply lubricant as a favor to the guy at the shop. It probably doesn't matter but I'll just apply the Lube before my Shakedown ride today. I never had anything better than 105 on my bike this wheel all has an ultegra hub. so it'll probably make me faster by at least two or three miles per hour.
