I think telemedicine is a good idea to keep costs down and save patients time. A lot of times you can talk to someone over the phone, describe your symptoms and then they'll order you something from the Pharmacy. I don't see it as a problem. Obviously only useful in certain situations where a physical examination is required. not a replacement but an augmentation of a system that's begging for improvement. That's my opinion and it's worth 2 cents.
