Women's cruiser style bikes tend to have much lower value than a similar era men's bike. Its just how the collectible bike market goes. Antique tools may well have much more value. Here in the US, tool collectors tend to favor USA made tools, versus Japan, Taiwan and India. Like anything, brand and original condition matter a lot.
