Thanks for the input, everyone! My wife doesn't really have any cousins or much of any family, to be honest. The family that is still around would only want things like this, to sell and make money. They're not sentimental what so ever. From the little amount of Hawthorne bikes I saw on Craigslist looked to be going around $75-$150. Which is about what I was thinking it was worth.
