Aluminum CX bike. Noticeably harsher ride vs carbon road bike,

but matters less w/ bigger tires etc., & like the overall utilitarian qualities.

Less harsh, 'tho, than my old Miyata race bike- that thing is bone-jarring. Steel is comfy, my ass.
