I can see it for those who Zwift a lot. If you are doing 2 plus hours on zwift the constantly changing of the angle of the bike could help reduce butt fatigue from being a stationary position for so long.
i do Zwift a lot and have my front wheel up on a stack of phone books as I did when I had my bike on a dumb trainer. I don’t see the benefit of the front of the bike moving up and down as again, there is really no gravity to be working against.
