i do Zwift a lot and have my front wheel up on a stack of phone books as I did when I had my bike on a dumb trainer. I don’t see the benefit of the front of the bike moving up and down as again, there is really no gravity to be working against.
As the bike position changes, body position could possibly change. It might help relieve some of the uncomfortableness that siting in the same spot for long periods of time. After about two hours on the trainer, my rear starts hurting.
