I recently signed up for the 30 Strava Premium trial. Of the few enhancements I've noticed, knowing the exact start and end of a segment has been most beneficial. With just that information alone, I have been able to knock off a second or two in a few local segments to move me into trophy territory. The downside is that Strava only alerts of an upcoming segment if it has been starred by the user via the app or website. And worse, the group I ride with creates the routes via Ride w/ GPS, which means A) I must ride the route first and then star the segments when I get back or B) modify the .GPX file to make it appear as an activity and star the segments that way, but this breaks the turn by turn notifications on my Wahoo, forcing me to look at the map page while riding. I don't see this trial going beyond 30 days.
