Sorry, but I screwed up. So embarrassed. I assumed that it was a Normandy based on the etching on the hub, but when I took the wheel off and removed all the dirt and grease, it's actually a Cyclo 64... Doh. I found this pretty quickly, but couldn't post response as I hit my 5 daily post limit. Argh!

I captured a video of what's happening here:
As you can see, the chain does not slip off the cog, and the cog moves by itself while the freewheel stays in place.
