My parents picked me up a Bianchi record 748.while on vacation in Italy... I think. It had cheaper lower line components aand columbus tre tubi The bottom bracket failed. I still have it and put a campy super record one back in the 80s.. Rode better. .. But later bought a Rossin record with all campy super record and all Columbus.. Man it rode better. One was 500 the latter was 1200.. So there is a difference. That being said I bought a newer Casati with campy and better yet, for 700 used, that was barely used , new old stock build.. So just depends what you like as usual.
