It's in decent condition, just needs a little love. I put some 3 in 1 oil down the shafts last night, and it seems to have helped, still would like to look inside. Found I needed to oil the sprocket/gear thing, it spins and clicks like a regular bike wheel. (lets you reverse pedal) taking it to the gym tonight to see how it goes, still need to tighten the chain, but there is too much slop, need to remove a link. Thanks for the help.
