If you're actively avoiding those 660mm H type aluminium bars made in Taiwan, you'll have to stay a long way away from Bikely in Seoul, Korea. It would be a terrible thing if anyone started selling them via the Internet, along with other decent quality Korean bicycle accessories and clothing, in the near future. I would have to update this thread so you would know what to avoid.
